Venues run on tight schedules, so we plan installs around them: early-morning or between-service setups, loading dock or back-entrance access, and timing a balloon drop or reveal with your DJ or host. For our Nordstrom Rack grand opening in Ramsey, the 30 ft arch went up at 6 AM, before the doors opened.
