Every October, offices across New Jersey and New York City look for ways to show their support during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year we were honored to turn the U.S. headquarters of Everest Group, Ltd. (formerly Everest Re Group) in Warren, NJ pink, with giant pink ribbon balloon sculptures, balloon columns at every entrance and a “No One Fights Alone” balloon photo backdrop for employees to gather around.

A Corporate Balloon Installation With a Purpose

Everest Group’s team planned a month of awareness activity, including a company-wide Wear Pink day on October 14 and a team joining the race for a cure. They wanted the building itself to share the message from the moment employees badged in. Our job was to create breast cancer awareness office decorations that felt bold and polished, fit a modern LEED-certified headquarters and held up all month long.

We built the design around a palette of soft blush, classic pink and deep fuchsia, pulled from the pink shades on our balloon color chart. It reads as unmistakably “pink ribbon” without looking like a kids’ party. That balance is what corporate clients in North Jersey and Manhattan ask us for most often.

What We Installed

1. Giant Pink Ribbon Balloon Sculptures

The centerpiece is a pair of freestanding pink ribbon balloon sculptures, each taller than a person, set on the atrium’s wooden stage. They’re built from hundreds of blush-pink balloons in mixed sizes, an organic technique that gives the ribbon its full, sculpted texture. The weighted base plates keep them stable in a busy lobby.

2. Balloon Columns at Entrances and Hallways

At the security turnstiles, the main lobby and the award hallway, we placed balloon columns topped with jumbo pink balloons, finished with clusters of fuchsia, blush and pastel pink. Columns are one of the most effective corporate lobby decorations because they guide foot traffic, frame signage and take up very little floor space.

3. “No One Fights Alone” Balloon Photo Backdrop

Every awareness event needs a place for people to gather, take a team photo and share it. We flanked the printed breast cancer awareness backdrop with two balloon columns to create a ready-made photo booth for the office. It’s perfect for Wear Pink day group shots, internal newsletters and LinkedIn posts.

4. Bringing the Whole Atrium Together
