Balloon finishes, explained

Every Sempertex color comes in a finish that changes how it catches the light. Mixing two or three finishes in one palette — say, Pastel Matte with Reflex Gold — is the easiest way to give arches, garlands and columns depth.

Tips for picking balloon colors
